As well as being a Holistic Health Practitioner and Tantra Practitioner I am also a 3rd Degree Black Belt in a mix martial art system of Kempo (Hands strikes, kicks and blocks), Jiujitsu (stand up and on the ground grappling) and Tai-Chi Ch'uan (in close fighting throws, joint locks, strikes and weapons). I am also a level 8 (out of 10 levels) Instructor in Tai-Chi Ch'uan. These are not fancy or flashy fighting style. They are practical techniques that work in real fighting and attack situations.
I offer private and small group lessons in Kempo, Jiujitsu and Tai-Chi Ch'uan or just general women's self defense. You can learn them all together or just one discipline. Mix martial arts does allow you a much greater chance for self defense. Most all fights may start standing but majority of them end up going to the ground. Whether you get knocked down, trip, or they go down and pull you with them most fights end up on the ground. If you are attacked it will go to the ground. Being able to defend yourself standing and on the ground will better prepared for whatever may happen.
I also I offer general fitness, weight loss, general health, booth camp style workouts, nutrition, herbs and such.
For Self Defense lessons or any kind of workout I can do weekdays, evenings and weekend classes. Days and times may vary from week to week.

1.5 Hours - $35
1 Hour once a week - $80 Monthly
1 Hour twice a week - $130 Monthly
1.5 Hours - once a week - $100 Monthly

If you want to train with family and/or friends I do discount the classes depending on how many attend.
