Before Your Session:
A Tantric Massage is just like any other massage. You should not come to a session on a completely empty stomach or have just eaten a really big meal. A massage, especially a Tantric Massage will stimulate the entire body, metabolism and use a lot of energy. So you need to have some nutrients in your body. I suggest eating a normal meal about 2 hours before or a light snack a hour - half hour before your session. Other wise your blood sugar can drop and ruin the experience.
Soaking in a hot bath is always great before a massage to help you relax and start the healing process but if you don't have time or coming right after work it's not needed. If you are coming from work or a day out bring some warm, loose comfortable clothes to change into after your session. You won't want to put work clothes or anything tight and restricting after your session.
There really isn't anything special you need to do before your session except make sure you have some nutrients in your system. If anything less is best. You should wear little to no make-up or jewelry and wear your hair down or not styled is best. I can work around wedding rings and small ear rings but please no necklaces, bracelets or large ear rings if possible.
During Your Session:
During your session you only have two things to do. 1. Nothing! I want you to just relax and surrender to receiving like a rag doll. You don't need to lift or move any body part. I do all the work and no helping is allowed. ;o ) This is for you to completely receive and be treated like the Goddess you Are. 2. I do need you to communicate with me. You can tell me at anytime throughout the session if I'm working on a sore spot, using too much pressure, not enough pressure, you like softer touch, firmer touch, if you're uncomfortable with ANYTHING, you want to skip something, you want more of something or want to try adding something to your session. This is YOUR session and I will tailor it exactly to what you need and desire, but that is easier with good communication. Also if you need to use the restroom, need a drink of water, need to adjust how you are positioned, or need anything please let me know. It's not a problem at all and I want you to be comfortable and be able to enjoy the entire session. The massage moves a lot of circulation and it is common to have to use the restroom or get a dry mouth during a session.
One way this is different than most massage session is you don't have to lay perfectly still and be quiet. You not only encouraged to communicate but to moan, make any sounds and move how ever feel natural. This is a safe place to let go of inhibition. Sounds also move the energy and help with orgasm. You can be as loud as you want and if your are quiet then I encourage you to come out of your shell and let it out with pride. When something feels or even taste good it is a natural response to moan. I will often moan a little during your session. One because I love my work and also to remind you it's ok for you to make sounds.
After the yoni massage I will just have you lay on the table until you ground down. If you have a full body orgasm it will take about 10 minutes. I will sit with you giving attention and helping you to ground and bring your energy in. When you are ready I will help you sit up and give you water to sip on which will also help you to ground. I will have you sit for a few minutes until you are ready to stand and take your time getting dressed. Finally you will meet me in my office and I try to leave enough time to discuss your session if you have any questions or anything you would like to share or talk about. If there isn't much time we can email, text or talk later or the next day.
After Your Session:
If you have a full body orgasm you will generally feel energized but still calm and euphoric. Eating and drinking water will help ground you back down and you will probably be hungry afterwards. There are no restrictions on what you can do afterwards. I say listen to your body. If you feel like resting the rest. If you feel like doing something active then do it. If you feel like having sex then go do have sex.
I will text or email you the next day. I like to check up on my clients at least after their first session and see how they are doing. There can several different experiences you could have after a Tantric Massage Session. You could have different emotions or memories come up that day or even up to a few weeks later. You may have strange dreams that night or next few nights. This is common and nothing to worry about. It is just you releasing those emotions and experiences. It is a good thing and you don't have to do anything except acknowledge them and let yourself process it. If it gets intense just know it will pass and you came for a session to release those blockages. Many people don't notice anything. Often if happens while we are sleeping and we don't remember it or we process it in different ways. You might notice difference in your energy level. Usually most women get an increase in energy, confidence, and/or sex drive. Sometimes, but pretty rarely, you will feel wiped out. Generally this happens when you are very drained but constantly on the go. Once your body relaxes and your adrenal glad reset your body say ok I need a break and you will feel just how much you have drained yourself. Another reason is when you don't have a full body orgasm but you have built up the sexual energy in your lower two chakras and then pushed it out or it flowed out because it couldn't travel up and through your body, it will leave you feeling drained.
